Codemotion 2020

My favourite "By Developers, For Developers" conference, Codemotion, will start streaming this afternoon.

I’ll be delivering a technical talk on Cloud Native Application Development with Kubernetes and OpenShift. In this talk we will demo an application, comprised of multiple microservices for parsing time series data for the number of Covid-19 positive and death cases in every country and region, and how environmental parameters could correlate with those figures.

You will learn how to build your own data parser microservices, written in any programming language of your choice, and make them publicly available through REST APIs on any cloud platform with Kubernetes.

I’m also looking forward to Grace Jansen’s keynote on “How to become a superhero without even leaving your desk” .
